Strato Builders approaches every build as a structured, end-to-end engineering process designed to deliver durable, high-quality structures on schedule and within budget. Our methodology is built on five disciplined phases that keep clients informed and accountable from the first conversation to final handover.

The process begins with Discovery and Consultation, where we assess site conditions, understand the client's vision, and define scope, budget, and timeline. We then move into Design and Planning, producing structural drawings, material specifications, and a transparent project schedule before ground is ever broken.

During Foundation and Structural Works, our engineers handle excavation, reinforced concrete pouring, and framing to exacting standards. The Fit-Out and Finishes phase follows, covering glazing, millwork, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes. Finally, Quality Assurance and Handover includes a comprehensive walkthrough, defect rectification, and final stakeholder sign-off.
